Terms and conditions

CONDITION OF THE HORSE – The Horse is sold “As-Is” without any warranties, either expressed or implied, as to the condition, soundness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer acknowledges that the Horse is sold without a pre-purchase medical examination and accepts all risks associated with this purchase.

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE- Payment in full must be made by the Buyer within 7 days of the date of this Contract, no later than the 8th of September, 2024. If the Buyer fails to make payment within 7 days, this Contract shall be considered void, and the sale will be canceled. The Seller will retain ownership of the Horse.

Starting from the 1st of October, 2024, the Buyer will be responsible for all boarding fees associated with the Horse at the location where the Horse is currently boarded.

 

TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION – Ownership and risk of loss shall pass from the Seller to the Buyer upon full payment of the Sale Price. The Seller will provide the Buyer with all necessary documents to transfer ownership of the Horse upon receipt of full payment.

 

JURISDICTION and APPLICABLE LAW – All applicable law and jurisdiction of this Purchase Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of Belgium, The Court of Bruges.
